5. Entry Fee & Payment Policy

• Point 1: Entry fee is charged on a per-day basis. The entry taken on a particular day is valid only for that day. Users must pay again for the next day.

• Point 2: The company does not guarantee earnings. Earnings depend on the user's hard work and adherence to company terms and conditions.

• Point 3: Once a user has paid the entry fee, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Point 4: If any issue arises, the company will resolve it. Users cannot take legal action as they are using the platform voluntarily, without any compulsion from the company.

6. Google AdSense & Third-Party Ads

• We use Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks.

• Advertisers may use cookies to display personalized ads.

• LearnerQuiz is not responsible for third-party ad content or external links.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Fraudulent activities, multiple accounts, or policy violations may lead to a permanent ban.

8. Limitation of Liability

• LearnerQuiz is not responsible for any losses, damages, or technical issues that may arise from using our platform.

• We do not guarantee fixed earnings or financial success.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
